Founder of Josiane
Graduated from the "Ecole Centrale", he chose to think outside the box to create his first digital agency, then a network of entrepreneurs and a free creativity festival open to all, the "Chatons d'Or". In 2014, he created Josiane, an ideas agency, then "Les Pointures" a few years later. Not having been conditioned by a traditional scheme, he followed his intuition to work on a hybrid model that builds differently.

After graduating with an MBA in England, Evelyne entered the world of advertising through the front door: she began her career in the biggest agencies (BDDP/TBWA, Young & Rubicam) on the largest budgets (from France Telecom and Decathlon to Eurostar and Rocher Suchard). Then, she chose to continue the adventure with the most creative agency of the moment: leg, where the winning of the SFR budget invited her to join the advertiser for a few years. It's the desire to find a family spirit and unbridled creativity that will lead her to join Josiane in 2021.

Creative director
Graduate of the "Université Lumière Lyon 2" and the Bauhaus University in Weimar, he began his career as a copywriter at "DDB Nouveau Monde" before moving to Montreal to work for the Taxi agency. On his return to France, he worked at Ogilvy before joining TBWA Corporate as a senior copywriter and then creative director. He met Josiane in 2020 and decided to leave everything behind for her. France was shocked but eventually got used to this unnatural relationship.

Graduate of "Créapole" ESDI and IESA, he was propelled into international agencies such as Fred & Farid and McCann in art direction. During his career, he worked on national, international and diverse budgets such as L'Or, Senseo, Martini, Audi, 1664, Quick, Decathlon, Pulco, as well as on beauty budgets such as Diesel Parfums, Armani Parfums, L'Oréal Paris and Maybelline New York.

With a wealth of experience as key account and agency network coordinator (Euro RSCG, Proximity, Serviceplan group…) Véronique has now chosen her greatest challenge: Josiane, where she is in charge of network management, development and communication.

Director of social media strategies
Real geek, Xavier has 20 years of experience in marketing and communication in international media groups as well as social media expertise acquired in a pure player / social TV agency. Creative and strategist, Xavier has won more than 30 awards in brand content, media strategy, events, innovation and social media. An expert in digital strategy and creation, he helps brands adapt to the transformation of the social web by creating impactful campaigns and activations.

Senior copywriter
He worked for some of the biggest agencies such as FCB, Jean & Montmarin, CLM/BBDO and DDB, and has been responsible for numerous campaigns for brands such as Volkswagen, Aldi ("Place au nouveau consommateur") and harassment in transport for the Ministry of Women's Rights. He also worked internationally on the multi-awarded anniversary campaign for Oreo's 100th birthday in the US.

Account manager
She first worked for Havas (LVMH, EDF, Accor Hotels) and then for Serviceplan (Auchan, Saforelle). Today she is an account manager at Josiane (Guy Hoquet, Saint-Gobain, Geoxia, AliExpress) where she has rediscovered the values that are dear to her heart, such as creativity and family spirit.

Louis is graduated from Sup de Création in 2005 and has worked for major agencies such as Young & Rubicam, Leg, Publicis Conseil. He joined Josiane in September 2019 as a senior art director. Louis designs and forms a senior creative team with Pierre-Marie.

Art director
Lisa is graduated from Creapôle with a master's degree in design/art direction and has worked in events and digital. She joins Josiane in January 2021 as Junior Art Director. She "touches everything" and varies projects such as INRAE, Les Petits Frères des Pauvres, Clarins, Urban Art Fair, AKAA, Sacem, GEOXIA group brands, Les Fermiers de Loué, Carrefour, Croustipate, ARPP... It's thanks to this variety of subjects that she feeds her creativity.

Romain has a degree in Global Communication from the ECS in Toulouse. Romain worked in many agencies before joining Josiane: BETC, Havas, Babel...He has been in charge of many emblematic budgets such as Leroy Merlin, Canal +, Time Out Magazine, Banque Populaire, Courses U, SNCF...His work has also earned him many national and international awards. Our Toulouse native doesn't stop there as he is also co-founder of the cosmetic brand Eponyma.

Pauline has a master's degree in global communication. She worked for the Ecolis group and the Coopérative Agricole Lorraine, before starting her advertising career in different agencies. For more than 4 years, she worked with various clients such as Franprix, Gémo and Babybio on the implementation of their campaigns.

After 7 years of experience in advertising with some of the biggest names at Dream On, TBWA, Serviceplan, Steve, Drive and for some of the most demanding accounts (Renault, Ministry of Culture, Paco Rabanne, Heineken, Peugeot, La Halle, Leon de Bruxelles, Spontex etc.), Louis is a hard worker and efficient but also a real Swiss Army knife capable of overcoming all difficulties. A recognised expert in the sector, the multitude of awards he has won over the years are an ostentatious representation of this.

A graduate of the HECS in Brussels, Fanny worked for several agencies such as Gloryparis, Rosbeef and DDB before joining Josiane's commercial team. The Brussels native has handled various accounts such as Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne, Decathlon, Gémo, Nocciolata, Santé Publique France, Etablissement Français du Sang and Mcdonald's.

Théo is a tall creative, 1,m86, graduated from Créapole with a master in Visual and Multimedia Communication. He has worked in events and start-ups, and has worked for Josiane on budgets such as Carrefour, Guy Hoquet l'immobilier, Loué and Clarens.

Not a Harvard graduate and with no talent for pottery, Léa began her studies on a strategic path and ended up branching off, coolly, into editorial design. In work team with Lisa Chaput, artistic director, they form a volcanic team. Josiane, generous like all her family, offers them multiple creative opportunities, reflecting their desire to progress.

Originally from Milan, Alice has a master's degree in Brand and Innovation Management (ISCOM). After several internships in agencies and advertisers, she joins Josiane in September 2021 as an intern. She is officially hired in 2022 as Project Manager.

Born in Amsterdam but raised in Jakarta and Sydney, Leo entered the world of advertising after law school. As a ‘brand advocate’, he made his mark as a creative copywriter for major brands and innovative products. Leo honed his skills in the Netherlands at agencies such as BBDO BC, Lowe Direct, PMSvW/Y&R, ONE SHOE and Red Pepper. But he eventually left agency life to work on the client side. Now he has returned to his true passion: coming up with concepts and copy for Josiane Amsterdam - a company that happens to be named after his wife.

Frank was born in Utrecht and studied at the University of Tourism and Transport Studies. He began his career working for tour operators before becoming an account manager for OOH media. His clients asked him to share his ideas on using innovative technologies in stores to create unique customer experiences, leading him to start Cityscape Media in 2003. He has worked on high-tech concepts for clients such as Nike Europe, Heineken, Adidas France, and Tommy Hilfiger. He joins Josiane's family with a focus on making Josiane Amsterdam a truly successful family member.

Guus is the creator and art director (RAPP, DDB) of on and offline communication for accounts such as Air France KLM, iAmsterdam and more. He enjoys the creative process, the blend of skills and the chance to work with different people. He is interested in online and social media's future and how it can connect consumers with their favourite brands. Guus' mentor, David Ogilvy, believed that a campaign without a big idea was like a ship passing in the night. That is why he joined forces with Josiane, to give brands their time to shine.

Graduated from the Estienne school in 2002, Florence has spent her entire career as a model maker. Rather discreet, she has been noticed for the quality and precision of her work. In 2008, she created her company in partnership with a printer on budgets such as Louis Vuitton, La Fnac, Essilor, Eram, Mondelēz, Guinot, Mary Cohr, Maserati, Fiat, Audi, Iveco, Marc Orian, Histoire d'Or, Oney, L'Or, Yoplait... In 2022, Josiane invited her to join the family: which she accepted with enthusiasm!

It's not uncommon to find him on a creative's lap, in some client meetings (who ask for him to be there) or on shoots. If you look hard enough, he's in several of our campaigns (the image rights were very expensive... Holy Mitterrand!).
